::ABOUT DAVID:: 

David Wheeler. I’m not only passionate about health and fitness, but I believe it to be a way of life. I go above and beyond to ensure that my clients achieve their goals, and by doing so, I know that they walk away with a tremendous sense of pride and accomplishment. I bring a positive energy and an over-abundance of encouragement to each and every workout. My training style focuses on functional movements and continues to evolve every day as I find myself constantly researching, collaborating, and discovering new ways to best serve my clients. My number one job as a trainer is to find the safest and most efficient way possible to get the results my clients want.

 - Semi-private training (no more than 2 ppl). This option includes an initial Functional Movement Screen, extensive soft tissue, mobility and flexibility work, a dynamic warm-up, and a customized strength training program tailored to your needs. Get strong in a smaller more private setting.  

 -Small group training (no more than 8, no less than 4). Workout with friends, co-workers, training partners...whoever YOU want! This option includes soft tissue, mobility and flexibility work, a dynamic warm-up, and 30-40 mins of strength training. Get strong in a comfortable and familiar environment with all your peeps by your side.

Nev Aydogan. 
Hi, my name is Nev and I offer personalized fitness training services in your home or at Seattle Union Station Fitness Center. My education includes a 4 year bachelors degree in Physical Education from Ege University, where I graduated 3rd in my class. I moved to the United States from my hometown of Izmir, Turkey in 2006 and was married in 2007. I have been working as a fitness instruction for over 10 years. I was a college basketball player and basketball coach and have former students that have played for the Turkish national team. My background includes swimming instruction, step-aerobics and dance. I have also appeared on TV for fitness and exercise programming as well as. Personal activities important to me include salsa, argentine tango, daily exercise and my work as a personal trainer. Please go to

::ABOUT ALEX:: 

 

Alex Baker.  200hr RYT. Alex has been a dedicated Hatha Yoga practitioner for over ten years.  She continues to discover joy and humility through the efforts of her practice.  Alex finds inspiration from the Krishnamacharya lineage including the teachings of B.K.S. Iyengar, A.G. & Indra Mohan, Donna Farhi & Judith Lasater.  Alex has a gentle and encouraging teaching style, meeting each individual student exactly where they are at within their practice.  She creatively focuses on building the relationship between our breath and our physical body. Alex’s classes will increase your physical strength & flexibility in addition to deepen your awareness of the healing qualities found within your breath.  While exploring a full range of asanas with Alex, you can expect to learn more about the ancient philosophical teachings from Patanjali’s Sutras as well as learning how to better support yourself within the seasons through the science of Ayurveda. Alex is a 2009 graduate from the 8 Limbs Teacher Training Program and is excited to share the wonderful therapeutic benefits of yoga with you.
